Tips and corrections
If you spot a restaurant that is closed, has moved, has updated its address, or is otherwise misrepresented on the site, please send us a note with the URL of the restaurant page and a brief description of what needs to change. We process tips and corrections in batches and prioritize the ones with enough specificity to act on directly.
If you want to nominate a restaurant or a city we do not currently cover, the most useful version of that note includes the full restaurant name, the city, and a short reason it should be on the site. We are biased toward independent operators and regional players that consistently get strong word of mouth, but a strong nomination for a national chain that genuinely anchors a local fast-casual scene is welcome too.
Partnerships and press
We are open to editorial partnerships, syndication arrangements, and press inquiries from publishers, food media outlets, and operators in the fast-casual category. Please send a brief description of the partnership you have in mind and we will get back to you with whether and how it might fit the site.
How to reach us
Email is the primary channel: hello@menuscout.example. Response times typically run two to five business days. We do not currently operate phone or chat support, and we do not maintain a presence on social media, the only official surface for MenuScout is this website.
About data corrections specifically
The underlying restaurant data on MenuScout is sourced from OpenStreetMap, an open mapping project. If a restaurant's address, hours, or other structured details are incorrect on our site, the correction often needs to happen at the OpenStreetMap layer to persist across data refreshes. We are happy to flag and re-pull individual entries on request, but for permanent corrections, contributing a fix back to OpenStreetMap is the most durable path. We will gladly point you in the right direction if that is something you want to do.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to make reservations on your behalf, place delivery orders, mediate disputes with individual restaurants, or provide real-time information about wait times, daily specials, or current pricing. For all of those, please contact the restaurant directly using the phone number or website listed on its MenuScout page. We are an editorial directory, not a transactional platform, and we keep the surface area focused intentionally.
